Property management – It isn’t common practice in Hungary to trust a real estate agency with property management; it used to be more of a privilege of the large investors whose time was too valuable to personally take care of the tenants’ needs. However, the real estate profession evolves the same way as the quality of the services: professionalism gives you an advantage on the market and is more profitable on the long term.
Nowadays it is not a bad idea for a small investor either to trust an expert with managing their property: with sacrificing a small portion of the profit temporarily you may not only save time and remain stress-free but will be able to achieve better results as the investment shows a return on the long run.

- you don’t need to get angry at the huge prices of the experts on the internet
