Renting out the property for mid-term (or a year fraction)? is currently a segment of the real estate market without organized framework. The platforms where we can advertise are limited or relatively new and the target audience is diversified as well. The best known method – which has been used for the longest period of time – is renting out the property to students for a semester; however, people coming to work for shorter periods or visiting for medical care are also interested in such apartments.
